Brieftherapy
Few sessions, one clear goal. We identify what's blocking you, we defuse it, and we stop when it's resolved, not when the diary is full.

What a first session looks like
One hour, in two parts.
First, we search. You tell me where you are, and I listen differently: I spot what keeps coming back, what jams, the event or the belief everything got organised around. It's often the most surprising part; what's blocking you is almost never what you thought.
Then, we defuse. With whichever tool fits: eye movements, hypnosis, tapping. It's not about making you relive anything, but about removing the emotional charge attached to the memory. You will still remember it, but it won't do the same thing to you anymore.
You leave with a clear assessment: what we saw, what moved, and what remains, if anything remains.

Your first session, step by step
We search
You talk, I spot. In one hour, we pinpoint what is really holding you back. Often, it's not what you thought.
We defuse
Eye movements, hypnosis or tapping, whichever fits. Gently, without reliving the events. The memory stays, the charge goes.
The month after
That's when the work happens. The changes come in the following weeks, often where you least expected them.
- Since 2010
- thousands of first sessions. And many people I never saw again, which is the goal.
- 1h
- for the first session, assessment included
- 1month
- during which the work keeps acting
What happens next?

Most of the people I see don't need ongoing therapy. One session, sometimes two, and it's resolved. If you want to go further, or work on something else, we continue, but you decide, and I will tell you frankly when I think we can stop.
The two complement each other. Individual work targets and defuses; the group immersion anchors it in the body, with breath, sound and voice. Many people do one after the other, and that's often when things really settle.
But the immersion stands on its own. You can do deep work on yourself there without ever having set foot in my practice. No required first step, no prerequisites: coming to an immersion alone is a real path, not a lighter version.
And the immersions?
Some people come for an individual session and leave with the work complete. Others need to go through the body before words, and that's where the immersion takes over. The two complement each other, and I will tell you frankly which one is right for you.

A block that won't go away? Let's talk.
You don't need to know how to name what's wrong. "Something's stuck" is more than enough to begin.
